Gift Voucher Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Choco Communications UK Ltd organizes a gift voucher campaign/incentive, whereby buyers (restaurants) who complete all the steps on Your First Steps page will be eligible for a gift voucher at the amount of £150.00 (the “Voucher”).
2. All the steps on Your First Steps page should be completed within 3 months of the restaurant's sign-up date. Restaurants who complete the steps after the end date will not be eligible for a Voucher.
3. Once a restaurant completes all the steps, a user with the Admin role should claim the Voucher on behalf of the restaurant by clicking on the “Claim Reward” button. The Voucher will be sent as an email to the email address of the user with a link generated by Tango Cards to claim redeem the Voucher.
4. The admin will be able to redeem the Voucher according to Tango’s terms and conditions and the additional terms of the selected online shop(s). All such terms and conditions are between the restaurant, Tango and the respective provider of the online shop, Choco is not a party to and has no liability under those terms and conditions.
5. Users of the restaurant participate in the incentive as a team and by participating in the incentive (i.e. by completing the relevant steps), the restaurant and its users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Voucher T&Cs.
6. The Voucher is non-transferable, not exchangable and can not be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
7. The admin applying for the Voucher warrants that she or he is authorized to represent the restaurant on whose behalf she or he is acting. The admin may redeem the Voucher at its sole discretion on behalf of the restaurant.
8. Voucher is provided on an as-is basis. Choco shall not be responsible for any defects or issues arising from the Voucher and disclaims liability for any injury or damage suffered by the users as a result of use or redemption of the Voucher.
9. Any additional costs or charges associated with the use or redemption of the Voucher beyond its value shall be solely borne by the restaurant.
10. If the admin is unable or unwilling to accept or otherwise redeem a Voucher on the terms of Tango, the Voucher shall be forfeited and no cash or substitutes will be provided in whole or in part.
11. One restaurant may receive only one Voucher. Choco will be relieved from its obligations towards the restaurant under these Voucher GTCs by sending the Voucher to the email address saved in the Choco account of the restaurant's admin.
12. The checklist steps must be completed truthfully and in line with its regular business operations. Choco may disqualify the user who violates these Voucher T&Cs or engages in fraudulent or unethical activity (such as splitting one order into multiple orders just to complete a step).
13. Choco further reserves the right to suspend the user’s access to Choco App or terminate his/her account if Choco determines that the user acts against clause 10 of these Voucher T&Cs or is in breach of Choco’s Terms and Conditions for App.
14. Any personal information collected during the incentive will be handled for carrying out the incentive and may be shared with Choco’s service providers such as Tango Card for that purpose. More information is available at Choco’s Privacy Notice.
15. Choco may change, suspend or discontinue the program or any aspect of it, including these Voucher T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
16. This incentive and these Voucher T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of California.
