The intergalactic shipping container was born out of Justin Burrow’s and Aaron Ross’s passion for great bread and great cheese from local Texan artisans paired with scratch in-house made sauces. Their grilled cheese artworks include Long Tall Texan (sourdough bread with aged cheddar, brisket, and serrano pineapple sauce) or Burning Mac (sourdough bread with mac & cheese and cheddar with yellowbird sauce).

The Mighty Cone was born out of Chef Jeff Blank’s mission of creating different variants of his beloved Hot ‘n’ Crunchy cones, from his first successful trout dish at the Lake Travis restaurant (detaining the honor of being of the most ordered entrees at the restaurant) to his later experiments with more festival-friendly items like chicken or shrimps. Their most iconic recipe consists of a tortilla with chicken topped with mango-jalapeño slaw and ancho sauce, and served in a paper drink cone; the coating is made with corn flakes, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and a special seasoning blend.
