Working with small specialty producers to large national suppliers, Vendor Operations are at the forefront of our mission to enable a sustainable food system. They work to enable our vendor partners to thrive in a digital-first world by simplifying their workflows, reducing waste, and strengthening their customer connections through technology.

Customer centricity, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail are key to the success of this team. By efficiently resolving any requests from our customers and supporting our operations teams to set up our customers' accounts, they’re dedicated to ensuring a seamless and happy experience for our users throughout their journey with Choco.
