We’re technologists at heart, but we keep it simple: inform, build, ship, iterate, & innovate. We celebrate wins and learn from our failures. We put excellence with empathy in all we do.

Driving impact and value for our users is at the heart of what we do. Made up of Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Operations, we're problem solvers, innovators, and builders. We work alongside our Design, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to build a truly user-centric product. We're data-driven and unafraid to take on big challenges.

Our multidisciplinary team focuses on the discovery, iteration, and validation of a coherent user experience at every touch-point. Consisting of Product Designers, User Researchers, UX Writers, and Brand/Visual Designers, we’re bold, pragmatic, and passionate about high-quality user experience. We work with empathy to understand our users and deliver seamless cross-channel solutions.

Our structure

Our tech organization is made up of several cross-functional teams. Each team is made up of Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to foster collaboration - enabling them to make independent decisions, execute quickly, and ensure quality.

Product design

Within our tech organization, each team is led by a trio consisting of a Product Designer, Engineering Manager, and Product Manager. This shared collaboration allows designers to shape both our product vision and the steps we take to get there. Outside of their core teams, the Product Design team meets often to align and spark new ideas. They share feedback (and food & drinks) and enjoy learning from each other.
